My coaching draws from an integrated range of psychologically-grounded coaching frameworks, philosophies and techniques such as Person-Centred Theory, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Narrative Coaching, Visioning and Clean Language. I’m a fully qualified, certified transformational coach. My qualifications in coaching are recognised by the coaching governing body ICF.
